"The worst service ever waited 2 hours for roadside assistance with towing my first time using this service and the tow still wasn't coming for another hour called state farm and they said I could get my own tow company and they would reimburse me so we ended up doing so when they reimbursed me they made it a claim and a month later raised our premium because we now have a claim gotta love it."

Patrice and her staff are very professional, friendly, caring, and helps and gets your needs done. If your looking for a great agent and staff don't look no more. I recommend them 100 times over. You will not be disappointed. State Farm has been very good to me over the years that I wouldn't change insurance companies at all even if I pay a little more than the next company. It's worth it. "After 12 years of being a State Farm Customer, with Zero accidents and Zero tickets my premium went up $600 per year. I called this office and of coarse you don't get a human receptionist you get voicemail. Left a message twice. No response. Went with another insurance company. But wouldn't you know, when my policy was up and they wanted their money, they found a way to contact me. Good Luck!"

"Others, on places like Yelp, claim they will hook you in with incentives and discounts, only to remove them without a proper phone call. Think before you use this agency. A shame because I've been with them for quite some time. Patty, in my opinion, doesn't seem to be concerned with keeping clients happy, but rather its my opinion that she seems to be concerned with generating the most profit. Perhaps I'm just unlucky, but I've never had this issue with any other insurance companies."
